About the Damage Waiver Form Download
The Damage Waiver Form is a Word Document that is completely editable in Microsoft Word. Use this customer waiver on residential jobs for pre-existing damages, i.e. screens with pre-existing damage, windows that have been painted shut, and storm windows separating from the framing. Disclose any problems you see before starting work at the residence. All text is editable. Any red highlighted text is text that should be adapted to fit your company.
